What do you give yourself credit for?  Ask yourself that question
and just give it a minute, because a lot of the times, we
don’t give ourselves credit for the things we do.

We work really hard at certain things in our lives and then when
we’ve gotten really good at something, we don’t give ourselves
credit.

We really have to work on our mindset and our thoughts,
because sometimes our thoughts are really not good thoughts.

We have to give ourselves credit for the things that we’ve worked hard for.

Every day, write down on paper what you can give yourself
credit for.

Enjoy!

Can you tell by looking at this T-shirt in the video that
it's pulling to the left?

This shirt was really inexpensive and it's really thin,
lightweight, and really cool to wear.  I bought it because
it's hot here in Hawai'i and I wanted to wear it at home.

But because it was inexpensive, it was made really
cheaply.

I talk a little about how a shirt is supposed to be cut
out from the fabric and what happens when the shirt is
NOT cut out of fabric the right way.

When the shirt is not cut the right way, it will pull to
one side when you wear it and I see this a lot on people.

And you may not even notice or recognize it at first.

If the shirt is really cheap in price it may not be worth
buying it with your hard-earned dollars.

Do You Treat Your Clothes Differently Depending
On How Much You Paid For It?

This is something that is pretty common that I’ve noticed
for people to treat their clothes differently depending on
how much they’ve paid for it.

People also behave differently in their clothes if it’s more
expensive but if it was cheap or on sale, they pass it off
as if it doesn’t matter how they treat their clothes.

But I would say even if you didn’t pay a lot of money, still
treat it like it was something that was a little bit more
expensive.

Get into that mindset of how you’ll treat your clothes because
if you tend to act like you care for your clothes no matter
how much you paid for it, it will make a difference in how
you act, how you sit, how you stand, you’ll be more careful
when you’re eating to make sure that you don’t spill anything
on it.

You’re using your hard-earned dollars to pay for your clothes
so it’s important to take care of it and the things that you have.

It will also make a difference when you wash your clothes on
a delicate cycle or if it needs to be hand washed or dry cleaned.

Take care of what you have.
