We live in such a busy world and taking care of yourself seems
to come last - if at all.

It's important to take care of yourself during this holiday season
and every day of your life.

Take a least 15 minutes every morning to exercise, stretch, and do something to take care of yourself spiritually too.

I'm sharing with you some of the things that you can do with the
leftover plastic that you get when you dry clean your clothes.

There are things that you can't wash yourself by throwing it into
the washing machine and because of that you would need to have
it dry-cleaned.

When you dry clean your clothes, there will always be a piece of plastic covering your clothes to protect it.

Do you ever get dust on the shoulders or collar of your jackets
or outfits when they hang in your closet for months or even
