Called To Create Podcast-Purposeful Fulfillment, Personal Development, Creative Entrepreneurship

This is a continuation of the video from last week with the
same
title - What Do You Give Yourself Credit For?

And I hope you did the exercise that I suggested that you
do which was to write down on paper all the little things
that you’re not noticing that you can give yourself credit for.

Doing that exercise helps me to catch myself when I’m
thinking negative thoughts first thing in the morning because
one negative thought can lead to more negative thoughts.

It will help you to catch yourself too when you’re thinking
negative thoughts.

Our thoughts lead to everything we do in our lives.

You have worth and value and I’m here to tell you that!

What do you give yourself credit for?  Ask yourself that question
and just give it a minute, because a lot of the times, we
don’t give ourselves credit for the things we do.

We work really hard at certain things in our lives and then when
we’ve gotten really good at something, we don’t give ourselves
credit.

We really have to work on our mindset and our thoughts,
because sometimes our thoughts are really not good thoughts.

We have to give ourselves credit for the things that we’ve worked hard for.

Every day, write down on paper what you can give yourself
credit for.

Enjoy!

Let me know if this video has helped you.

Can you tell by looking at this T-shirt in the video that
it's pulling to the left?

This shirt was really inexpensive and it's really thin,
lightweight, and really cool to wear.  I bought it because
it's hot here in Hawai'i and I wanted to wear it at home.

But because it was inexpensive, it was made really
cheaply.

I talk a little about how a shirt is supposed to be cut
out from the fabric and what happens when the shirt is
NOT cut out of fabric the right way.

When the shirt is not cut the right way, it will pull to
one side when you wear it and I see this a lot on people.

And you may not even notice or recognize it at first.

If the shirt is really cheap in price it may not be worth
buying it with your hard-earned dollars.

Do You Treat Your Clothes Differently Depending
On How Much You Paid For It?

This is something that is pretty common that I’ve noticed
for people to treat their clothes differently depending on
how much they’ve paid for it.

People also behave differently in their clothes if it’s more
expensive but if it was cheap or on sale, they pass it off
as if it doesn’t matter how they treat their clothes.

But I would say even if you didn’t pay a lot of money, still
treat it like it was something that was a little bit more
expensive.

Get into that mindset of how you’ll treat your clothes because
if you tend to act like you care for your clothes no matter
how much you paid for it, it will make a difference in how
you act, how you sit, how you stand, you’ll be more careful
when you’re eating to make sure that you don’t spill anything
on it.

You’re using your hard-earned dollars to pay for your clothes
so it’s important to take care of it and the things that you have.

It will also make a difference when you wash your clothes on
a delicate cycle or if it needs to be hand washed or dry cleaned.

Take care of what you have.

Cheap vs expensive, how do you live your life?

You have to have money to live on but you don’t have
to think about living a life where you’re thinking that you
always have to have a cheap mindset.

Your finances have a lot of emotional pull on you.

Do you look at life as having to Cheap or do you look at life
like - I’m worth it so I’m going to pay a little bit more.

Remember that you have dreams to fulfill.

How you feel about yourself will usually determine
how you will live your life.

Iʻm her to tell you that you have worth and value!

Enjoy!

A lot of women have a protruding tummy in the mid-section
that can become a very self-conscious area.  There are a lot
of things that can happen to women that affect our tummy area like, hormone changes, pregnancy, and age.

Luckily there are things that you can do to hide your tummy
if you have one.

I want you to be OK with you being unique and for you to be
OK with being yourself, this is something that so many women
struggle with.

They are not embracing who they are because of comparison.

We are more than a 3D person, we have personalities, feeling
and all the other things that make up a human being.

We’re created to be unique on purpose and we come to earth
with our own unique characteristics.

We start to learn as we get older that we are different and then
we start to compare ourselves with other people.

Think about how you can get back to who YOU are.

What’s so beautiful about this world is that we’re all unique

Watch and find out what makes YOU so special!

Be OK with being yourself and be OK with being unique!

How you show up in your life is something that is a hard thing
to talk about, but we need to talk about it.

We have to improve and get better as we get older.

How do you want to show up in your life, how do you want
to be?

Ask yourself each day-how do you want to show up everywhere
you are, everywhere you go and in everything you do.

We can choose to be happy and have joy.

Decide and make that decision today and be that person that
shows up in a better way each day.

I want to talk to you about your self-worth, this is one thing
that
I like to talk about because I find that it causes a lot of
problems for
people, especially women.

We all struggle with things in our life and that’s part of life,
but I find that low self-worth is such a major struggle for
women.

Listen and find out what you can do to get over and get through
your own feelings of low self-worth.

In this video, I share a story about my experience that I recently
had when I went to a store that I usually go to, and it was about
the cashier who was sick and felt really terrible.

Her financial situation must be so bad that she felt like she
couldn’t even go home from work.

So, I want to ask you - can you afford to call in sick or go home
from work, if you are sick?

Please take a moment and write down all of your income and
expenses and take a look at where you are so that you won’t
have to suffer at work when you’re sick.

Today I talk about showing your undergarments, bra
and things like that.  I see girls and women wearing
t-shirts or tank tops or things that have small straps
and their bra straps showing.

Some people don’t think that that’s a problem, but it
is a problem because you shouldn’t be showing your
underwear, it’s not attractive, and people will naturally
look at what’s wrong with what you’re wearing at first
instead of looking at what’s right.

There are better ways of dressing.

We live in such a busy world and taking care of yourself seems
to come last - if at all.

It's important to take care of yourself during this holiday season
and every day of your life.

Take a least 15 minutes every morning to exercise, stretch, and do something to take care of yourself spiritually too.

I'm sharing with you some of the things that you can do with the
leftover plastic that you get when you dry clean your clothes.

There are things that you can't wash yourself by throwing it into
the washing machine and because of that you would need to have
it dry-cleaned.

When you dry clean your clothes, there will always be a piece of plastic covering your clothes to protect it.

Do you ever get dust on the shoulders or collar of your jackets
or outfits when they hang in your closet for months or even
years?  If you do then this episode is for you.

Feeling discouraged can be very frustrating especially if you
feel discouraged a lot!

This is what I know: the word 'discourage' is the direct opposite
of 'courage'.  I know that many women have been discouraged
once or twice in their lives (maybe more).

Find out in the video what is the #1 thing that you can do.
