What is expansive thinking?

I use the analogy of blowing up a balloon.

The balloon expands with each breath of air that you blow into it.

It's really hard at first but then it gets easier the more you keep blowing.

If you're not someone that thinks big about everything in your
life, then try using the expansive thinking method.

A little at a time makes all the difference.
